Directors' Resignations

A&R announces that Chris Innis and Andrew Zemek have resigned as directors of the Company with effect from 16th December 2008. Chris Innis is spending more of his time overseas and is not able to devote the time he would wish to A&R activities.  Andrew Zemek has decided to pursue other opportunities but will continue to work with the Company in the role of consultant.
