The Board is responsible for formulating, reviewing and approving the Group’s strategy. In addition, it has overall responsibility for the budgets and corporate actions.
The Board recognises the importance of high standards of corporate governance and seeks to comply with the Combined Code wherever possible, taking into account the size of the Group, the stage of its development and the resources available to it.
The Board will soon establish Audit and Remuneration Committees, whose constituent memberships will be made up of the non-executive directors.
